How the dates are interpreted
EOO — End of Order
The last date the product may be ordered. After EOO, the product is no longer normally available for sale. Fortinet generally provides advance notice through an EOL notification.
LSED — Last Service Extension Date
The last date an extension of an existing support or security-service contract may be accepted. Fortinet’s terminology states that LSED is 12 months before EOS.
FFR — Final Firmware Release
The final firmware release operationally supported on a hardware product. FFR cannot be calculated from EOO, so InManDis does not invent one. Verify the official lifecycle notice and release documentation.
EOS — End of Support
The final product-support milestone. Fortinet’s general hardware lifecycle terminology says EOS takes place 60 months after EOO.
Calculated dates: where the lifecycle source provides an EOO date, InManDis calculates LSED = EOO + 48 months and EOS = EOO + 60 months. These are workflow estimates and should be verified against Fortinet’s official lifecycle portal.
